The reason our solution is "2.5 D", as we coin it, is because we set a default depth for each item as follows:
- Tools 10mm
- Finger Cuts 25mm
To change from the default depth go to drop-down #4 (3D View and Depth management) in the tool bar drop-downs.
- Select the tool (or multiple tools) for which you would like to change the depth.
- Under the "Cutting Depth for Tool edit" within drop-down #4, enter your desired custom depth into the text box.
- Click the "Set Depth" button
